Atari Europe in the next few weeks will be no more and will become "Namco Bandai", this is after the Publisher Aqquired it
A 34 Stake was brought in Atari Europe and Namco is expected to buy the rest of the shares from Infogrames next month.
Atari's US division will remain active and become the publisher's sole HQ, says MCV, headed up by current CEO David Gardner.
