Xbox Live Problems

So lets just Update the problems from last night on Xbox Live ...

Heres the low down from Major Nelson on the problems ...

Edit: The maintenance was completed on time. There are a few small issues that the engineers are working that will be cleared up shortly.

Edit #2: A small number of people are having issues with incorrect NAT type detection. The team is aware and working hard to resolve it as quickly as possible.

Edit:#3: Ok folks, please go to System Blade->Network Settings and run the TEST XBOX LIVE CONNECTION test. You should have accurate results now. Please let me know if you don’t. Update: The engineers are still working on it…thanks for your patience.

Edit#4: I am updating my Twitter site with details…keep an eye on that.

Looks like all is fixed. Thanks for everyone's patience

So this Is what Happenned ...

Xbox Live switches off as planned for the "Update"

Xbox Live then comes back online , albeit with problems ...

When testing Xbox Live Connection the NAT setting would come up as "Strict" although normally it would be "Open"

That was sorted THEN came the problem with "Match Making" or joining a room ...

Basically it wouldn't let you join a room ...

Pleased to say everything is back on and we can Enjoy Xbox Live as we normally do :D
